{r} Solotype Houdini

Thanks to the wf-rips posted by Chiron, the Solofonts catalog is complete, except for Houdini and Houdini Shaded. In a DINC-like move, Dan X Solo released two completely different fonts named Houdini. The one in the Circus Type book is no relation to the other Houdini pair.
