I was after this and found a way round!

 

You can download the specimen sheet from Village in a PDF which has all the characters in all weights.

 

If you download the PDF and then open it up in ColorSync (Mac) you can save re-save it as a PDF which removes the password protection. You can then open up the PDF in Illustrator and you have all the characters after a bit of ungrouping and removing clipping masks. You have to play around with the pathfinder a little bit but I've got them all saved as EPS files now.

 

Can upload later if people want, but it's pretty straightforward to do yourself?

Here's the PDF file. There's lots of weights and I haven't got round to saving each page individually just yet so if I give out this people can do what they want with it.

 

@Vasilli - I haven't converted it to a OTF, the only stuff I was playing around with was a couple of words long so literally was just dragging and dropping. I've never done it before but I guess its fairly straight forward to set it all out in Fontlab Studio or something similar?

 

I haven't got a premium account for Rapidshare so it can only be downloaded 10 times. If someone could re-host that would be great!

Hello, Does anyone have an original (non-pdfx) version of the Guardian Newspaper fonts Guardian Egyptian?

 

This is a fantastic family of slab, serif and sans family used on a prestigious UK Newspaper in the UK! I'm sure if someone does have this it would be much sort after by lots of others!

Here is Graphik PDFx Regular and Italic in Opentype

(only Basic-Glyphs)

 

The full Specimen-Set from the PDF is converted to vector,

so the full Glyph-Set could only rebuilt via Scanfont.
