The rar file contains a .zma file, which according to FILExt is a

"ZoneAlarm Mailsafe Possibly Renamed .RAR File"

 

google came up with this:Files with a .ZMA extension are Zone Alarm Mail files. They are compressed mail files using WinRar and have usually been compressed because they contain a virus or trojan in them.
