The is a Adobe Font Folio 7 share by Lazy Vampire here that includes Old Style 7 Small Caps & Old Style Figures

 

I'm not sure if it's the one you want but it's worth a look :)

I've been searching in my collections but only have these Adobe & Linotype. I have a monotype version of Old Style 7 but it's outlined..

 

I used to own Adobe FFolio 7 and I'll give a search around to see if I have it there, if so I'll share tomorrow! lol Need to "dig in" those old archives... :x Dust and spiders!
