Although it's been out for more than a year, I was pleased to discover this book recently.  I am among (perhaps the very small minority) of font nerds who have been wondering what this font is for quite some time.  Fairly certain there is no digital version of this book, but I wonder if the digital font might be out there?  See the letters below.
