sadly - site says that it is not a commercially available font till 2015 - so guess we have to be patient.

Unless there is a secret Pilo mole hidden in the cavern of the Madriz magazine, sigh.!

Thanks to ..ellips.is for the great share! Here's a version of Retiro Madriz wf-rip with the alternates rolled into in 1 font (used stylistic alternates, titling alternates and swashes so they can also be easily accessed in Illustrator and Photoshop)
